1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Fab Lab Co. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Fab Lab Co. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOM CAD MANUFACTURE
• Standard Products: Prices and specifications for off-the-shelf items are subject to change without notice.
• Custom Designs: For custom 12V brackets, "Build Your Way" orders, or modified panel layouts, manufacturing relies on customer-approved AS1100 engineering drawings. Once an engineering drawing is formally approved by the customer, Fab Lab Co. is not liable for fitment issues caused by incorrect vehicle measurements provided by the buyer.

3. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.
