1. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES
• Standard Stock Items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days from our workshop.
• Custom CAD Builds: Custom orders require 24–48 hours for engineering drawing creation. Once you approve your AS1100 design drawing, manufacturing and dispatch typically take 2–4 business days.

2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
We ship via Australia Post and reputable local couriers to ensure tracking on all orders:
• Standard Shipping: $10.00 flat rate (Estimated 3–6 business days).
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster transit (Estimated 1–3 business days).
• Free Express Shipping: Applied automatically on orders over $90.

3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier details.

4. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within expected carrier timeframes, please contact us immediately at jonah.hayward@fablabco.com.au so we can resolve it with the courier.
