How to Mount Multiple Anderson Plugs Neatly

Once you start adding multiple Anderson plugs to a 4WD canopy, caravan or camper, an electrical panel can get cluttered pretty quickly.

Separate brackets will do the job, but planning all of the connections together can give you a much cleaner result.

Plan your connections before cutting

Start by working out everything you want in that area.

That might include:

• Main power
• Solar input
• Fridge power
• Battery charging
• DC-DC connections
• Accessory power
• Spare connections for future upgrades

Even if you don't need every connection immediately, thinking ahead can save drilling another hole later.

Group your plugs into one mount

Rather than mounting every Anderson plug on its own bracket, multiple connectors can be brought together into one purpose-built mount.

This keeps the spacing consistent, reduces the number of individual brackets and makes the whole installation look like it was planned from the beginning.
